No. Client portal users can see their approved work and retainer burn, but never your rates, cost or margin. They're free on every paid plan.
No. There is no fee per project, client, billing period or export. Solo is one flat price. Team is based only on active internal users.
No. Billable8 works out what to invoice and keeps the work behind the number. You send the final invoice through the accounting system you already use.
Client users stay free. Before you activate another internal teammate, increase the paid quantity in Manage billing. That keeps access and the Stripe subscription in agreement.
You can still export all of it for at least 90 days after the account closes. Standard subscription states do not block export; security or abuse suspensions use the assisted process in the terms.
No. Billable8 handles rates, client work and billing records, so we'd rather support a complete paid product than strip it into a free timer. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Yes. Annual billing costs ten months for twelve. Monthly stays month to month.
14 days, no card. Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan; export remains available under the Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Request cancellation at any time in Admin → Subscription; it takes effect at the end of your paid period. Access continues until then, followed by read-only access and a 90-day export window. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law or for a duplicate or incorrect charge. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Signed Agency order forms may override these defaults.
Seat increases and Solo-to-Team changes start when payment succeeds and are prorated for the remaining period. Seat reductions and Team-to-Solo changes start at renewal, without a refund or credit for the current period. Monthly-to-annual changes start when payment succeeds, with credit for unused monthly time; annual-to-monthly changes start at renewal. Deactivating a user frees a seat; request a seat reduction to change your next bill.
Clockify and CSV imports are built in. Agency rollout adds hands-on migration, rate checking and workspace setup as a separately scoped onboarding project.
